What is the difference between a home and a villa?
At Hualalai, all homes come equipped with their own private pool and spa to enjoy exclusively with your friends and family. Our villas will either be single-level (ground floor or 2nd floor) condos or split-level townhomes. Some villa neighborhoods have access recreation areas with pools and spas. How far is Hualalai Resort from Kailua-Kona?
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is about 12 miles and a 20 minute drive north of the heart of Kailua-Kona.
Do we need a car to get around?
Since all Hualalai Villas & Homes rental properties include at least one golf cart, a car is not necessary to get around the resort. Exploring all that Hawaii Island has to offer, however, will require a car. Major rental car companies are located at Kona International Airport, or Club Concierge can assist guests with picking up an Enterprise Rental at Hualalai Resort.
How can I get from the Kona International Airport to Hualalai Resort?
If the guest has not reserved a rental care pick up at the airport, Club Concierge can assist guests with scheduling a driver and vehicle for airport transfer. Taxis are also available for curbside service at the airport.
Are there beaches at Hualalai Resort?
The resort’s sandy beaches are breathtaking. However, water entry is rocky and foot protection is recommended.
